The global water crisis is one of the most important public health issues on today's public agenda. Nearly 1.1 billion people (approximately 20% of the world population) are deprived of drinkable water. Lack of fresh, drinkable water is estimated to kill nearly 4,500 children a day. In fact, out of 2.2 million undrinkable water death cases in 2004, 90% were of children under the age of five.

Water is crucial for medical care of diseases, which is especially critical for children.
Still, 30% of drinkable water in municipal water systems is spent due to leakages.
Our product provides the fastest solution by decreasing these leakages, regardless of water pipe type or diameter.
Therefore, the global market share is monumental and in fact unlimited – there will always be water loss and hence a demand for this product.
As far as we are concerned, the market share is primarily dependent in our marketing abilities and the Company’s financial support.

The marketing strategy is based on two primary stages:
Stage I will last approximately two years and include fast market penetration using a global advertising campaign, exhibiting the product in international conventions, and installing several hundred units in Europe, USA and South-East Asia. Stage II includes installing thousands of units in BOT system or based on current client payment of certain percent of the spared water loss.The company plans to raise an additional $3M investment by Q1 of 2010 that will be used for international marketing.
